HI, I've bought an Acer Liquid E in october from Fido. for mid-novembre i decided to try the leak froyo, the one find here:

New ROM of Android 2.2 (Froyo) for Liquid E

everything works fine, and im really happy with it...

butwhen i tried to upgrade with the official version from acer site (canada), i follow the pdf, and it failled, i see that:

/dev/block/mmcblk does exist
finding update package...
verifying update package...
installing update package...
E: error in /sdcard/update.zip
(statut2)
installation aborted.


so i dont know what to do, anyone have the same probleme? and maybe a solution?

thanks a lot, you're reply saved me... it took me a couple of try to make it but finally it works...

I read more tread about flashing, rooting, ... and i started to understand how it works (a little harder then an Itouch)...
