Default Acer Liquid E is hot to touch!

I was wondering if everyone is experiencing the same issue with the heat while it's being used, e. i. being on the phone, utilizing GPS, browsing the web and so on or also while charging?

Yes, I am experienceing the same but it is not all the time. Sometimes it gets really hot but sometimes it is fine. I guess it is just Acer design.

Yeah Snapdragon processors are known to get hot from times. Especially if the screen is always on (and especially when on and plugged in). This is normal but if you do get concerned, just turn the screen off unplugged for a few minutes and let it cool down.

Also, have you overclocked your phone or is it running at 768MHz (stock)? When I had overclock, mine used to feel like an oven.

Thank you for your inputs.

Actually I did not overclock my phone. That's the way it's behaving since day-one. So it means that the heat issue is by-design.
I don't think that's very healthy, especially down the road... like after the HW warranty expires - that's if it makes it 'till then.
