Help with Liquid E Android doesn’t have a Market

Hi i just bought an ACER Liquid E and I have two troubles with it the first one is that a Bluetooth headset disconnect from the phone by itself after 30 minutes of using
And idea how to fix this trouble

And the second and the important trouble that the phone doesn’t have a Market in it how can I get a market in it to down load apps from in

I’m a new Android user and I need help

What carrier and what version of Android?

I’m in the middle east and my carrier is Etisalat and the version is 2.1
