Hello Team,

can you please advise what to do on my handset, when calling it freezes cant do anything on the display, the only thing i can do to terminate the calls is to take out the battery.

Firmware version: 2.1 -update 1

upgrade to 2.2 and see if it solves your problems.

Upgrading didn't work for me. I still get freezing. I reset my phone, and even without adding back any apps, it freezes.

Have to take it in to Fido and see what they have to say about the problem.
