Is the "safe mode" available on this phone?? I know about recovery mode, but that doesn't let me do what I want to do -- uninstall a defective app that's rendered my phone useless. Safe mode's available on many other phones, but I can't find any information about it for the Liquid E. Note that the instructions in the post Safe mode reboot do not work (they're likely only for the G1, or at least any phone with hard keys).

Please see my original post for more details: Phone stuck in a restart/boot loop. I'm doing this new post so that the subject line more accurately reflects my concern.

i dont think there is some safe mode option like computers yes it can be set by default setting like all app will be romove etc..

Are you trying to say that Android phones in general don't have this? Because they do.
Are you talking about a hard reset? That's definitely NOT the same thing.
