Default please help Liquid E wont turn on and continuously vibrates
I am having a major issue with an Acer Liquid E, when I turn it on all it does is vibrates constantly, the lights on the top flash, and there is nothing on the screen, please help. Thank You!

the same thing occurred with me when i pressed the reset button next to the sd card slot. acer is trash, ive read so many problems with no solutions; hind sight is 20/20
