Default Videos/Flash on liquid

Just a quick question. I tried watching videos on my new liquid and I get the message video cannot be played. When trying to watch bbc iplayer it tries to open the video but then returns to the homescreen. Does Android 2.3.4 on this phone have the adobe plugin installed? Does the phone support flash even. Looking at the specs it should be powerful enough. Also, wierdly, searching market for Adobe Flash in the UK brings no results. Only Adobe product available seems to be the reader.

Any ideas?

It is powerful enough to handle it but I am not sure if all Liquid E firmwares have it installed.

Can you install it from the desktop version- https://market.android.com/details?id=com.adobe.flashplayer&feature=search_re sult#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNvbS5hZG9iZS5mbGFzaHBsYX llciJd

?

If not, you might have to find an apk and sideload it.

The Acer Liquid E is practically the same as the Acer A1 the only difference is that it now packs Android 2.1! Bringing additional features to play with too! This beast still packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and a wide 3.5 inch WVGA Capac... Read More
