Default Acer Liquid E Replacement Parts

Hi everyone i have a Acer Liquid E, The Screen inside is cracked. The Phone is not under Warranty and to have someone repair at shop was quoted over $100 to repair. For a phone that is two years old and discontinued i didn't think it was worth a fix. So i thought i see if i can fix it myself. Looked on ebay found a screen replacement for $30. So i bought one.

I found a online video on how to replace the screen. So i followed the online video all went well until i removed the A1 LCM FPC board, it's the board that has the flex ribbons. I end up ripping one of the ribbons off. It's the side where the volume up and down button. I put the phone all back togather and it works fine with the new screen. My only problem is the volume button don't work.

My question is can someone tell me where i can get a new replacement part. This is what written on the part A1 LCM FPC v1.0 1027
the part is called FPC main board
