SOUND

I can only carry conversation using the loudspeaker, earpiece is inaudible. What could be wrong?

Several things could be wrong ... It would be hard for anyone to know the problem off bat. What I'd suggest you do in this case is to "reset" the device -- if this doesn't fix the problem, you might have a defective device that will need to be fixed or replaced.
