Im in the last stages of finshing my stock deodexed Zipaligned rom. Should be hopefully posting tomorrow. Removed all bloatware. stock 2.3.4

1/30/12 2:45 PT UPDATE: Working out problems with framework odexing. I would like to say sorry for posting this thread before completion. Poor forum edict on my part. Will be done after a few fixes.

Eh.. beat me to it. I was gonna post a thread just like this last night but this deodexing tool wasn't fully working. some. tars just weren't working for me. (Using windows)

If its a true rom it sould put the stock apps and files back sans the index files.

Yes. It will also free up space as i am removing all unnecassary files.

Sounds good cause I'm not even going to install cwm until I know for sure I can return to stock too many times have I bricked my phone lol.

Its a stock rom. Not a return to stock flash file or update.zip.
And cwm is the perfect way to backup an existing working system

No problem man.
Quick note. I used windows 7 to flash cwm.
An old HP with XP failed me but 7 worked in less than two minutes

ok im gonna try this out tomorrow and hope for the best

if i have any problems can i pm you? and can i flash back if i download admiral beast? i have not seen any screen shots of it but like i said im waiting for cm i like the theme chooser.... im going for a quality ics look you know.

No admiral beast won't return you to stock but the Odin return to stock will, look for the thread in here.

Thanks for the support. This will be safe. The roms done im just fixing bugs ive been having in cwm. Sorry for the delay ive spent hours on this and my girl wantef to spend some time today lol

Ive been having pc problems. Inless i can work them out today im going to pass this project to another dev. The roms done i just have been having problems eith the update.script file for cwm

Any update on this? Also, does this allow you to go back to stock rom from like Admiral Beast without the yellow problem from Odin?

OK, sorry if I sound stupid, but what will this rom do to my phone? Also is this is true rom? Im reading this and its saying that its gonna return all stock aps, so I would have to remove them again correct. I have been on board with all this, I have done the beast due to the fact I keep hearing its not a full rom, so Iv been waiting. Sounds like one is here so can I please get some more info on this.
