Support- alcatel ot 980
I bought an alcatel ot 980 about 1 year ago from Carphone warehouse on orange 3g, it was left idle for a few months, now even after charging for a whole day it is not turning on !!!
plz tell me what happened has it caught a virus ?
should i charge it more ? is any1 else experiencing a similar problem ?
i'm in india now from uk so i cant get it repaired what should i do ?????
EDIT_ i have also noticed that when i take off the back cover and remove the battery the bottom right part (of where the battery is put) does not have a copper part
