The status bar isn't an application its part of the OS.

Here's a first look at how Velocity V0.4 stacks up:
Yes folks, that does say 483!
And that's without an overclocked kernel..
(Velocity V0.3 scores around 288)

I'm trying it out now with oc. Ill post a screen. On veloctiy .3 with oc I get 506.

Same with a JIT OC kernel on velocity 0.2 I got a 508.
Cool benchmark, seems more comprehensive than linpack.

I just pulled 418 on the VZB updated Stock rom. Rooted. I have LG home gone and a few others. But everything else is status quo. Stock recovery too.
