This is looking good. I'm really getting the itch to replace my Ally with a new phone, but I don't have a full upgrade discount with Verizon until January. Hopefully a cool ROM like this will keep my Ally interesting enough so I can wait these last few months.
Haha, I'm in the exact same boat! Can't wait to get the Razr.
Very excited to see how this looks when it's done btw!

I would not get the razor, the battery is built in and can't be removed easily or at all. From what I've seen and heard the display is not that sharp either, but over all yeah I loved the specs on it till I found out you couldn't remove the battery.
Its basically the future of android phones to come and a small tablet pc. Soon all phones will have the unremovable battery o.0
*zero progress
Running the alpha
Couple problems still o.0 (wifi)
Theme almost perfected
Bionic wallpaper app created and availble to check it out via facebook
Release still unkown. Hoping end of month
It runs off the same kernel as velocity 1.0 (modified version) so if your a velocity fan looking for new, you may like this rom. Bionic zero is basically a compact droid firmware for the ally. Giving allys a droid experience, an htc lite theme and my own touch to it.
Remicks may be able to give us some feedback here soon on zer0. Altho i wasnt able to get everything i wanted together at the moment, its stable enough to depend on so updates will follow.

just the description is making me excited cant wait to update my phone to this. when i saw the video it was crazy how fast the phone was.
Remember, previews are previews, finals are finals what you seen in the preview will not be in the final for instance, the arc launcher was removed in replace of a launcher i built from source.

i see, your right about that. but still im excited. iv seen all your work and they all amaze me. not going to lie.
Had some hands on time with Zer0, showing a lot of promise here guys! Right now a couple of us other devs are compiling a list of things to tweak/improve and as soon as we get that done and start implementing some of the changes I'm sure rgocal will put out a beta build for you guys
And in case you are wondering Zer0 WILL have all of the battery/performance tweaks that have been included in OverStocked and StormDroid... So look forward to more INSANE battery life for your Ally

The week before the holidays, im gonna get slammed with a heavy schedule, soooo...heres the deal
Next week, either tuesday or thursday night, i will be releasing bionic zero to the community. Whether it be the version i wanted to release as a first release or not :/ it is stable, just not perfected but with my heavy schedule coming up, il have to push it out to satisfy the community. Updates will follow after the holidays if the uncomplete version is released.
I know a few of you are excited to see another rom hit the ally but still stay focused.
Id like to also thank some SD team members for putting some time aside to polish bionic zero as i needed some "low" time for outside of android life stuff lol.
Untill then, push the like button on facebook to stay updated, and c yah then!

After release, I will get to work porting some themes from Velocity. It's gonna be weird going from FroYo to Gingerbread cause there are slight theme differences.

It hasnt been deleted/moved/sucked into abyss/ect
Open you eye holes 0.0 its simply been renamed Bionx.
Ive had several custom rom request on several devices (whether or not i accept) so my Bionic ports will need a home and in a thread based on the ally wont look good.
The rom might even come down to be renamed Bionx as im starting to mix and stir themes and icons and code from blur and sense into one. Genetics of the 2 pieces of software into one being creating a new droid. It will also be the home of anything gingerbread relating to the ally (when i finally get this sucker stable)
Its no secret, yes ive been working on gingerbread still and its looking good, software wise. Radio wise...nothing yet :/ i have high hopes for what il try if i get ahold of a piece of the lg enlighten i need but thats untill i recieve that file.
Progress on zero? Going good release for next update? Day before i go get my upgrade (whenever i perfect my piece of work, release date unkown)
