Default Where are the battery tweaks mostly located?

As the title asks, are they located mostly in the build.prop and sys.ctrl (or whatever) or are they all spread out all over the place.

Your question won't yeild a single answer. Battery tweaks can be numerious things in various locations. Such as undervolting scripts (mainly other phones), some stuff in the kernel, or something as simple as changing the wifi interval scan. Really depends on the rom aswell. I haven't used an ally or ally roms in almost a year so idk what the current tweaks would be.
