Default unroot problems

Hi I tried to go back to stock so I can sell my ally. I used this link:

http://www.mediafire.com/?fbla7et7p4uieyy from a earlier post.
I seemed to have wiped everything but it still has the velocity rom. What did I do wrong?

I personally would just use the following:
[Nandroid] of 2.2.2 stock / rooted Updated 5 July 11

Flash the stock non rooted nandroid, then flash the stock recovery once you verify everything is working.

Probably good enough to sell at that point, will have stock OS, Stock recovery and not rooted, and this seems to be a very easy method.

Oh ok, then not sure what went wrong. Did you wipe data, system, cache, davlik, all that jazz before restoring the nandroid? Did it say nandroid restore complete?
