Unhappy Boot Looping

I don't know what happened as I typed this yesterday but, I am using Bionic v1.0 fresh flash so I didn't back up anything, cleaned every cache that I can hit in recovery I mean totally wiped it. Now it random boot loops all through the day I will head the boot sound then walk to it and find it sitting in a boot loop with a faint back lighting of the bionic boot animation. I thought it was only doing it when I paced it on the charger but, now just sitting around idle for maybe 15 to 20 minutes will bring about the boot loop. I cant find nothing about it and it is driving my crazy. Also I went back to default launchers and sms because it ran slower and slower using Go sms pro or Go launcher ex.

That shouldnt be happening... try redownloading the firmware & wiping your device again and reflash the firmware.
If it continues, download an app off the market that controls the cpu speed and set the speed back to 600mhz. (As its pre set to clock at 700mhz or so) some models of ally cant handle over clocking for some reason and il be fixing that in next update. Go based apps wouldnt affect the device in any ways of down performing it.
If it continues, pm me.

Ok I downoaded and ran setcpu to slow it down as it still did that after fully wiping and reinstalling the rom. It sat for like 2 hours before it starting the boot looping but now it saying that it doest have root and wont work when it had it before i installed it. link2sd gained root without problem but for some reason setcpu does not.

I did and it worked. Ok set it back to 600 mhz with smartass and still boot looped I am gonna try it again with this time wiping every cache that I can, format the sd card, then reinstall the rom. It might just be the battery as well since it is getting hot during charging or sometimes sitting around.
