Here is a short description of what the app does:

Syzzle™ is the new location-based entertainment discovery app that shows you what’s hot and happening all around you. For this release we are focusing on the best in live music and movies. Our music data covers over 100,000 live performance events worldwide. Movie listings are mainly for North America theaters but this feature may work in your area.

NOTE:
This app is a beta version.
This app works best in North America because movie data service we're currently using provides data in North America.
Since the sample music streaming uses Apple's iTunes service at the moment, loading occasionally takes longer than usual.

Hi,

The concept is pretty cool. I was looking for something like this few weeks ago. I downloaded the apk and installed it on my phone (Nexus S, ICS 4.0.4). It takes a lot of time to start.
