Depends, I've never used it but is it an android app your talking about? Or like some sort if web app?

It's only compatible with HoneyComb or ICS.

I got Photoshop Express to work, but I remember that I had to recreate the same folder setup that my smartphone running it has. IIRC, the Fire calls it's photo folder something other than DCIM.
