[Solved] Warranty Questions

I side-loaded an app (GO Launcher EX) and now my Kindle Fire freezes on startup. I DID NOT root my device.

Is my warranty void?

After talking to Amazon on the phone, it appears that the warranty is not void.

Sideloading if you didn't root the device does not void the warranty.
