Web Browser Help

I have found a new Web Browser that I like better than Silk. It is called Maxthon Browser.

In an idea wold, I would like Maxthon Browswer to launch when I click the Web Shortcut at the top of my Kindle Fire. Is this possible?

I wanted to use Incredimail that does fine on any PC. Can it be installed and used on any tablet?
