Default USB mini-b to 3.5mm (both male) needed

I have a bluetooth headset that does not work with skype, but it has a USB mini-b out on it. The cable that came with it is USB mini-b to dual 3.5mm (one green, one red). This doesn't work on my android, was it has no jack for the mic. So when I use this for Skype it uses the phone's mic.

I would rather not have to use a 2 3.5mm to 1 3.5mm adaptor. But unless someone's google-fu is better than mine I might have to go that route.

Was hoping to find a cable store that you can just select the ends you want, but again no such luck.
