Is this charger ok the use?

I want to buy a couple of normal wall chargers (one for a GS2 and one for a GN2) and was wondering if this model is legit?... Qmadix USB Micro USB Travel Charging Kit

Will using a non-Samsung wall charger hurt my battery?

The advice I see around Google is all so contradictory
