organize contacts NOT in alphabetical order

is there any app that will allow you in contacts to make a "call group" for easy dialing BUT NOT organize it in alphabetical order. I want it in order of importance so i can see the most dialed on the screen and scroll down to the lrest that i don't use as oftern???
