Default Automatic task killer

Is there an task manager app that does something like the following:

You go in the task manager and select from your list of apps which ones you want to task manager to automatically kill. Then, everytime you sleep the phone, the task manager kills it.

For example: I only use YouTube every once in a while to watch a clip when im bored. So I dont want it to be running it my background if im just gonna use it sparingly. So I would go to this task manager and select YouTube as one of the tasks to automatically kill. So I can go to my phone, watch a short youtube clip, send a text, check my e-mail, and sleep my phone - at which YouTube will be killed.

Is there an app like this?

PS. I see an app called Automatic Task Killer or something but it has really bad reviews.

I know "Advanced task manager" has an auto end facility. Give that a go
