Rotate home screen worked for a while!
I have an unrooted stock mytouch 3G running donut, I am not running any home screen replacements, such as ahome. Yesterday I was using chat, gmail and browser in landscape mode. When I returned to the home screen, it was also running in landscape mode. I was thrilled! The transition between landscape and portrait worked correctly, in that you could rotate the phone to switch between the modes. I was so excited that I showed it off to my wife who appeared less impressed than I was.
Later that night, the autorotation stopped working. I didn't change any settings and I didn't install any new software on the phone.
Has anybody had this experience, and how can I bring back the the landscape home screen?
