Hmm... In the market I see an "xScope Browser Lite (for 1.6)".

And I know it works with 1.6, cuz I installed it!

Though I can't say I was especially impressed. I've tried both Dolphin and xScope now, and though they do add additional features they're too slow and clunky to really appreciate.

So, I just keep going back to Opera Mini 5. Which is now out of beta! Hooray!!

Well, they all have their advantages, I stick with xscope for one major reason, it renders pages, especially forums, the best way for me, I dont' need to zoom because I feel it does the best job of "fit to page" for forums. So my suggestion is to visit the sites you go to most and see which program renders the pages the best for your liking and go with that one.

Xscope has "Pin and Zoom", a convenient way of sizing pages for reading, that works great on devices without capacitive screens. Once the text is zoomed to the convenient size, it will reformat to your screen, so no more side-scrolling.

And, it's FAST!
