So I've noticed more and more that products in a grocery store as using mini QR codes... but when I go to try to scan it, it doesn't pull up a single thing, let alone recognize it.

I've tried:
Barcode Scanner
Shop Savvy
ScanLife

it can't read the thing because of how tiny the QR code is! What is the deal with this?

Ive seen tons of those baby qr codes. Chase statements, shampoo bottle, milk cartons, etc. Not sure if their on par or even the same as qr codes. Anyone have an answer? Google search didnt yield any..

I just scanned one on an envelope and the statement it contained with bar code scanner. It is a 'DATA_MATRIX' according to bar code scanner. Turned out to be just a long string of numbers.

So theyre likely just for their end to automatically scan outgoing items
