how to use google voice using wifi

I have a MyTouch and have installed the google voice app. How do I use google voice via wifi and not get charged for calls?

There are a series of steps to do this, as you need to interface to Gizmo (a VOIP provider).

There are a number of posts on how to do this in the GV forum...
