Default Dolphin vs Dolphin HD

What's the difference between the two? Which is better to use on my x?

I use HD, and i assume it would be better cos its the latest. Plus, it has support for plugins too. Does the old dolphin browser support plugins? Never used it so i dont know.

From what i know, the HD version has support for Flash, thats why i use it.

HD is the only one you should be using on an X. Dolphin is for Cupcake and Donut only. HD is for Eclair and Froyo.

Is Dolphin HD as fast as Dolphin or is it a bit heavier and slower?

Dolphin HD seems a bit laggier when switching tabs, but the dev promises that the next update will focus on speed.
