'Gmote' for Windows Media Center?
I really like the idea of Gmote, where I can transform my phone into a remote control for viewing movies and playing music from my computer, especially since I will be integrating it into my home theater system.
The problem arises when I discovered that the gmote server application on Windows also serves as a media player, which isn't exactly what I wanted.
Windows 7 comes with a very impressive version of Windows Media Center, especially since it runs Video_TS folders (completely uncompressed DVD format) without any trouble. Does anyone know of an application and add-in that would work with Media Center, and allow for my Android phone to work as a remote control for it? I am aware you can buy remotes and things for this purpose, but the Gmote idea is just really, keen, and I'd love to see it work to its full potential.
