WunderRadio announced on their Twitter feed the other day that an Android version is on the way and they are currently rewriting the code. They stated that they had some difficulties on their first unreleased build with windows media feeds on the G1 and are rewriting for some of the newer handsets.
At least we know it's in production! What I've had to do in the short term for one of my favorite streams is to set it up within Orb and then listen to it that way.
I miss Iheart radio. I had it on my curve and I have it on my Ipod Touch. I would love to see it come to the droid. It had several of my local stations on it.
iheartradio.com will be coming to Android 2.0 in the first half of 2010
Up to 6 months is a long time to wait.
I never heard of Wunder Radio. I want to listen to local stations that are unfortunately owned by Clear Channel. None of their stations stream through Shoutcast so I'll guess I'll wait for iHeart or Wunder Radio..
I see.. well Iheart is still beta.. maybe they will port to Android..
EDIT: I see a lot of recommendations for Streamfurious..
Streamfurious has very little live stations worth listening to (Stern 101 Westcoast is OK) and uses winamp page to find shoutcast, Cherry Rplayer has a Small listing (4-6, 50/50 AM and FM) per Small amount of major US cities. I also heard early 2010 IHeart will be available as atleast as a Beta
You set up you favorite stations and then point your browser to the mobile version and it launches the media player. Has worked for every station I have tried thus far. Only drawback is that you can't do anything else on your phone while streaming.
It will be so nice to have iheartradio on the Droid. Finally I can catch the DVE morning show, and listen to Mike Lange call Penguins games when I'm outside the burgh.

i really liked it
Seems like they have every station through Radiotime. I use on desktop often.
Just tried again as well and nothing so far...I'm not worried though, as it is on their website as available (see the link above). I think it could be 1 of the following reasons...
1) They did not anticipate the wait time when an app is uploaded vs. when it is available (I'm not a dev, so someone else could speak to this better).
2) Web Dev jumped the gun and posted on their website before the product was available (happens ALL THE TIME with tech companies)
I just spoke with a rep from Weather Underground (Wunder) and they said the Android version of Wunder Radio will be released within a month. So I bet that means about 3 months. At least it is coming soon! A great day for all fans of KTCK 1310 The Ticket in Dallas (at least those with android phones)
Device(s): Droid X (currently in a coma), Motorola Devour

Yeah, at least it is finally coming soon. I am really excited. Wunder Radio is going to replace every radio app I have when it comes out. Just can't wait!

When I was waiting for a version for BlackBerry Storm they told me the EXACT same thing, and it NEVER happened! I don't believe a word their support says! I just found an app called "radiotime". It has every station I listened to on WunderRadio. It works PERFECTLY! Give it a go!

I was able to get a beta version of Wunder Radio for Android. Go to the Wunder Radio website Customer Support section (cut and paste link below) Send them a message and see if they will send you a test version. It works great for streaming KTCK 1310AM The Ticket in Dallas! And it was free!
I have been running Wunder Radio on my BB curve for a few months and really like it. Hope the Andriod version is release before the Dell Streak is released.
