Default Redownloading Purchased apps
my phone has been rebooting on its own lately and i was wondering if i do a factory reset on my phone if i will have to buy apps that i have purchased all over again

I would assume you could be able to do it by using the same Gmail account you bought it with and it should be there. You can also backup your apps to your SD Card...
