Mobile banking app name changed?

My icon used to say mobile banking,it's now reads biz.firethorn.I can know longer open the app.This is the preloaded app on my AT&T captivate.I get this message:
The applicationTwlauncher(process.com.sec.android.appt wlauncher)has stopped unexpectedly.Please try again.dumpstate_app_201009072010_com_sec_android_a pptwlauncher.log has been saved.Use *#9900# to copy out log.
