Had some trouble earlier, approx. 06:00-07:00 PDT, but seems fine now.

Me too. I can now browse but all downloads fail.

edit: So now I've noticed that none of my google services are working. Something is definitely not right.

Yeah, I noticed it was slower than normal (which is saying something), and it even got hung up while deleting something. I don't know if it was the cause was external or not, but it was clearly misbehaving.
