I am looking for an app, not sure if it exists yet for the android. the only way i know how to explain it, is by telling you what i have already seen by other technologies.

Apple Ipad has an application where I can take notes and record the meeting at the same time. this app is time sequenced where i can highlight a key word in my notes and it start replaying the meeting at the point when i typed that note.
