Moxier Activesync settings not saved
I have an employee who has a Samsung Moment and I have set her up to use the "Work email" app to sync with our Exchange server. Everything works OK, except that the phone's Exchange Activesync app won't save the Sync options. I set all the checkmarks to green, and it will sync everything successfully, but then they all are unchecked again.
In searching through the forums, others have mentioned this problem, but apparently it only happens to them occasionally. In this case, it happens every time.
Anyone have any ideas? I have tried rebooting, even did a battery pull, but no change.
