Hey all, I emailed TD recently wondering why i can't find their app in the marketplace. I just got a response, and I'm just wondering if anyone has heard of this, and whether there's anything I can do about it.. (BTW, I haven't rooted/altered my phone, i just got it last week)

"We can confirm that the Android market looks at the phone's footprint to ensure it's a secure device (not tampered with etc). If it can not tell if it's a secure device certain apps are excluded from the search criteria. If you have not modified your phone's operating system then the problem is that either Google or the phone manufacturer are delayed in updating the Android Market with the phone info so it is properly detected as a secure device. The only solution at this point is to wait for either Google or your Device manufacturer to update their info on the Market."
