GPS app that shows where you have been

When I purchased my Droid, the Verizon sales rep told me about an app that would show where you have been...i.e. like if you parked your car in a large parking lot, then you could mark that location with this program and it would show you how to get back to that spot. I thought he said it was called 'Footprint', but I do not see a program like that.

Do anyone know of an app that does this?

Footprints is an app on HTC devices, the HTC Hero has it installed and I assume the Droid Eris but not the motorola droid.

I just searched the market for the term "car" and second result was Car Locator FREE. There is also an app called My Tracks which maps out where you have been, you could use it for recording your jogging/biking router or other things.
