thanks in advance for any help you can offer,

This timer doesn't really support these kinds of workouts. Have you tried the timers that show up when searching for "c25k? Otherwise "A HIIT Timer" should work.
Right now you cannot setup such variable timer settings. I have an update in mind that would allow such a thing, but unfortunately lack of time is my daily routine. When I'll have some spare time I'll try to implement fully customizable timer presets.
Would it be possible to add a metronome feature to be used as a tick instead of a sound file? I was thinking it would be great to set a simply metronome tick via beats-per-minute to help set a round's pace.
thanks in advance just for considering this,
Avern
