Docs2Go is widely used.

DTG is the only one out there and though it has its own issues, there is no competition. It also does Google Docs, which I have been playing with for about a week with spreadsheets.

Yep... D2G is probably the best option.

I have been using Docs2Go since I started using the Android platform ~May. I have been very happy with is, I do great deal of my office work while on the road seeing clients. Not very long ago I got an update to V3.0 and RIM really made an even nicer package out of D2G

Documents to Go is great. I never have any formatting or viewing issues. The newest update also includes Google Docs support. I highly recommend it.
