I used to use Catch/3Banana but Evernote 2.0 leapfrogged forward for me.

However, I still keep a close eye on SpringPad. I love SpringPad's features, but the features vs the complexity of their UI has me in a tizzy. The app's UI is really pretty and polished, but the Web UI (while also nice looking) is a bit more complex than it needs to be.
