Default Looking for App to Read Text Aloud

Is there an app that can be found that will read text from a website, like the std android browser? I tried the built in accessibility feature to no avail, only works on emails and text...

In which case it would be nice to have a text to speech for any text (ie adobe pdf files, html pages, text messages, but have it on demand so you dont have it read EVERYTHING, just when and what you want it to)

I hope someone knows of the existence?

Vlingo works pretty well with its "Safe Reader" function. It'll read incoming e-mails to if you set it up that way

unfortunately the mobile app looks only to read specific applications like emails and text - the drive mode on the galaxy s2 does that already. What I am looking for is to be able to go to a website and have all the text from a website read to me - eg there are many story sites around that could turn on line stories into talking books
