html file on sd card - how to code file link

I have a bunch of html files I would like to put on the sd card and view. In a pc the html link code would be

Code:

<a href="file:///C:/masterweb/tools2.html" title="Web Page Tools">Web Page Tools</a>.

What would I put to replace C: in the link?
My device has Android 1.5
