Hi, I recently purchased a Sprint EVO and activated the 4g hotspot app.

Everything works great, however the hotspot uses the gateway address: 192.168.1.1

This would be fine under normal conditions, however when connecting to our company LAN through our VPN/Firewall we have connection issues.
This is due to the fact that our company gateway is also 192.168.1.1

What I would like to do is change the gateway address that Hotspot uses to something like 192.168.50.1 so that we have no connection problems due to 2 of the same ip's on the same network.

I have tried connecting to the hotspot and using a browser to connect to the gateway directly (http://192.168.1.1) however I get nowhere.

any help with this would be GREATLY appreciated.

Menu -> Settings -> Wireless and networks -> Sprint Hotspot Settings -> Menu -> Advanced -> LAN settings. Change the IP address and DHCP setting accordingly.
