Default Hero/Outlook 2009 - Whole day event added becomes time-ranged event in phone.

Every time I add a whole day event (by ticking the All Day Event checkbox) in Outlook 2009 and sync with my Hero, the event in my Hero will show stretching throughout the day.

Then I have to edit the event on my Hero and check the "All Day" checkbox and sync again. It is a double work.

Any idea?
