Default Google Maps Question

When I search for directions from one point to another and after it brings up the route and the map, is there any way to edit either the start point or end point and get new directions?

Or do I have to start over completely and enter both the start and end points again?

Thanks for the help!

After it pulls up the directions page look at the top where is says From and To. There is an arrow on the right side of each box and when you push the arrow it will let you edit your destination for whichever one you selected.

I wish there were a way to select "Quickest Route" or "Shortest Distance". Sometimes, I don't understand why it routes the way it does. Seems like it takes me the long way around about half the time.

Yeah the routing on it sucks, but it's free and works as a last resort for me.

it does take traffic into account and this seems to affect the route it gives you some of the time. I really only use navigation when I have no idea where I am going. Maps wants me to take the WORST route to work haha. It is still in *Beta*
