I tried to simplify this issue as much as possible to post here...
My company email address is
rspratt@autotempinc.com.
My company Webmail automatically forwards all emails sent to that email address to
robbspratt@gmail.com.
So Gmail receives and stores all of my company email and I set it to Send As:
rspratt@autotempinc.com.
So Gmail manages my company email and it works great!
My Droid 2 Gmail App (using
robbspratt@gmail.com account) is set to Send As:
rspratt@autotempinc.com.
The PROBLEM is when I Reply All using the Gmail App, it sends a copy To:
rspratt@autotempinc.com since that is the email address which original sender sent the email to.
Gmail on my PC when I Reply All does NOT send a copy of the email to
rspratt@autotempinc.com.
Why doesn't the Android Gmail App know that
rspratt@autotempinc.com is my address (b/c that's my Send As address) and not reply to it like the Gmail on my PC?
