Does the app market have anything like this? i think its genius and a bold move by ATT

They released this today to there Iphone users

I don't think it would get used enough to be worth it for VZ.

I'd say that is one more thing you can rub in the face of iPhone loyalists everywhere.

they can come back with "atleast my company is doing something to rectify it"

what do we want from our companies? I know i would appreciate the efforts of my cell network trying to make things better. No matter who we use , we all have dead spots and if tmobile was taking strides like this to make it better. I would be all for it

"We all" don't. I am a courier, and there is not one single spot at any point during my days/weeks that I can't make calls.

And VZ is taking strides to fix it, too. That is why our network is so much better than any other.
