Happy ITunes alternative for Android phones

Dear Friends
I'm using my HTC Desire android phone from the past 1 week.
Browsing through android market is a real fun. Has a hell lot of applications. But due to limited bandwidth, browsing is pretty much slow.
Is there any application for the PC to connect directly to android market, download and install applications to the phone, like how ITunes does to connect to iStore?

Please Reply

Thank You

Have you tried connecting the phone to the internet with Wi-Fi? That's what I do for browsing and downloading apps/games from the Market.
