I'm sport of curious to know what apps are available on app market if you have verizon or sprint. I have at&t which supposedly blocks some apps, but I have no clue which ones. So far I found one app in the verizon version that wasn't in at&t. (besides the nfl app btw)

Unfortunately I don't think your going to receive a app by app answer to your question. There are a number of things that cause a difference in who sees what on the market.

I.E

1. Android operating system (2.1, 2.2) and so on.
2. Carrier specific blocking.
3. Android Device.
